2. Safety Information

4. Assembly and Setup

Assembly is required for this barbecue. It is recommended to have two people for assembly. Follow the steps below carefully.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Keep all packaging materials until assembly is complete.
2. Assemble Frame: Attach the legs to the main body of the barbecue using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Attach Wheels: Secure the wheels to the designated leg assembly. The wheels allow for easy portability of the unit.
4. Install Bottom Shelf: Attach the storage shelf to the lower part of the frame.
5. Mount Side Shelves: Secure the left and right side shelves to the main barbecue body. The left shelf typically houses the side burner.
6. Insert Burners: Carefully place the main burners and the side burner into their respective positions.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Lighting the Main Burners

1. Ensure the barbecue lid is open.
2. Open the gas supply valve on your gas cylinder or natural gas line.
3. Push in and turn one of the main burner control knobs to the HIGH position.
4. Press the igniter button (if present) or use a long match/lighter to ignite the burner.
5. Once lit, release the control knob. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to OFF, wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the process.
6. Repeat for other main burners as needed.
7. Adjust heat by turning the control knobs between HIGH and LOW.

5.2. Lighting the Side Burner

1. Open the side burner lid.
2. Push in and turn the side burner control knob to the HIGH position.
3. Press the igniter button or use a long match/lighter to ignite the burner.
4. Once lit, release the control knob. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to OFF, wait 5 minutes, and repeat.
5. Adjust heat as required.

5.3. Shutting Down the Barbecue

1. Turn all burner control knobs to the OFF position.
2. Close the gas supply valve on your gas cylinder or natural gas line.
3. Allow the barbecue to cool completely before covering or moving.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your barbecue and ensure optimal performance. Always ensure the barbecue is cool and the gas supply is off before cleaning.
