Setup

Before First Use:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials.
  2. Clean: Wash the removable cooking basket and non-stick cooking grid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Initial Run: For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal and will dissipate. Ensure good ventilation during this process.

Placement:

Place the air fryer on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 30 cm) around the appliance, especially at the rear where hot air is exhausted, to prevent overheating and allow proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation:

  1. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the removable cooking basket. Do not overfill the basket; ensure there is enough space for air to circulate. For best results, lightly toss food with a small amount of oil (optional).
  2. Insert Basket: Slide the cooking basket firmly back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
  3. Set Temperature: Use the temperature control dial (right dial) to select the desired cooking temperature, ranging from 80°C to 200°C.
  4. Set Timer: Use the timer control dial (left dial) to set the desired cooking time, up to 30 minutes. The air fryer will begin heating once the timer is set.
  5. Cooking Process: The power indicator light will illuminate, and the air fryer will begin cooking. The heating indicator light will turn on and off periodically as the air fryer maintains the set temperature.
  6. Shake/Turn Food: For even cooking, especially with items like fries or chicken pieces, pull out the basket halfway through the cooking time and shake or turn the food. Reinsert the basket firmly. The air fryer will resume cooking automatically.
  7. Completion: When the timer reaches zero, the air fryer will automatically shut off and a bell will sound. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a serving dish.
