4. Setup

4.1 Attaching the Battery

This vacuum cleaner is compatible with DeWALT 20V batteries (e.g., DCB200, DCB201, DCB203, DCB204, DCB205, DCB206). Ensure your battery is fully charged before use.

1. Align the battery pack with the battery slot on the main vacuum unit.
2. Slide the battery into the slot until it clicks securely into place.
3. To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.

2. Connect the other end of the bending electric tube to the main vacuum unit until it clicks.

1. Choose a suitable location on a wall, ensuring it's within reach and away from obstructions.
2. Use the provided screws and anchors to securely mount the wall bracket.
3. Attach the long seam nozzle and 2-in-1 nozzle to the designated slots on the bracket.
4. Hang the assembled vacuum cleaner onto the bracket for storage.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Suction Adjustment

1. Ensure a charged DeWALT 20V battery is attached to the main unit.
2. Press the trigger on the handle to power on the vacuum cleaner. The LED display will illuminate.
3. The vacuum starts in low power mode. To switch to max power mode, press the '+' button on the LED display. Press '-' to return to low power.
4. To power off, release the trigger.

5.2 Using Attachments and Bendable Wand

The 6-in-1 design allows for versatile cleaning:

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

6.1 Emptying the Dust Cup

1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off and the battery is removed.
2. Hold the main unit over a trash bin.
3. Press the one-touch dust release button located on the dust cup. The bottom flap will open, releasing the debris.
4. Close the dust cup flap securely after emptying.

6.2 Cleaning the HEPA Filter

The 6-layer HEPA filter is washable and reusable.

1. After emptying the dust cup, twist and pull out the HEPA filter assembly from the main unit.
2. Separate the mesh screen from the pleated filter.
3. Rinse both parts under running water until clean. Do not use detergent.
4. Allow both parts to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling and placing back into the vacuum. Ensure it's completely dry to maintain suction power.

6.3 Cleaning the Brush Roll

Periodically check the electric brush head for tangled hair or debris.

1. Ensure the vacuum is off and the battery is removed.
2. Detach the electric brush head from the tube.
3. Locate the release mechanism for the brush roll (usually a latch or screw on the side).
4. Remove the brush roll and carefully cut away any tangled hair or fibers using scissors.
5. Clean any debris from the brush head housing.
6. Reinsert the brush roll and secure it in place.
