Setup

Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the charging cable to the speaker's charging port and to a compatible USB power adapter. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours.

Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button located on the top panel of the speaker for 3 seconds to power on or power off the device.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "XDOBO Beast 1982" from the list of devices.
4. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light will become solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

Playback Modes

The XDOBO Beast 1982 supports multiple playback options:

• Bluetooth 5.3: Wireless audio streaming from compatible devices.
• U Disk (USB Drive): Play audio files directly from a USB flash drive.
• AUX Audio: Connect external audio sources via a 3.5mm audio cable.
• TWS Interconnection: Pair two Beast 1982 speakers for true wireless stereo sound.

Using the Microphone

The included microphone can be used for karaoke or public speaking. Simply plug the microphone into the designated microphone input port on the speaker. Adjust the microphone volume using the dedicated controls on the speaker.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the charging port and other openings are free of dust and debris.

Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% every few months to maintain battery health.

Water Resistance

The XDOBO Beast 1982 features a degree of water resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use. However, it is not designed for submersion. Avoid exposing the speaker to heavy rain or direct water jets for prolonged periods.

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds.
• No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, USB) is selected.
• Bluetooth Disconnection: Move the speaker closer to your device. Ensure no obstacles are blocking the signal. Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
• Poor Sound Quality: Check the audio source. Ensure the speaker is not placed near interference sources. For Bluetooth, ensure the device is within range.
• Microphone Not Working: Ensure the microphone is securely plugged in. Check the microphone volume control on the speaker.
