  1. For MagSafe-compatible devices (iPhone 12-17 series): Simply align the Hagibis Magnetic Cell Phone Cooler with the MagSafe area on the back of your device. The magnetic attachment will secure it in place.
  2. For non-MagSafe devices (Android, older iPhones, iPads, tablets):
    • Clean the back surface of your device where you intend to attach the cooler.
    • Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of the included magnetic attractor sheet.
    • Carefully center and press the magnetic attractor sheet onto the back of your device. Ensure it is placed in an area that does not obstruct cameras or other critical components.
    • Once the magnetic sheet is securely attached, you can then magnetically attach the Hagibis cooler to this sheet.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C cable to the cooler's USB-C port and plug the USB-A end into a compatible power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, power bank, computer USB port). The cooler requires external power to operate.

6. Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Hagibis Magnetic Cell Phone Cooler:

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe the exterior of the cooler with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the fan vents are clear of dust and debris.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the cooler in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Handle with Care: Avoid dropping the cooler or subjecting it to strong impacts, as this may damage internal components.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Hagibis Magnetic Cell Phone Cooler, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Cooler Not Turning On:
    • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the cooler and a functioning power source.
    • Try a different USB port or power adapter to rule out power source issues.
    • Verify the power source provides sufficient power (some USB ports, especially on older devices, may not supply enough current).
  • Insufficient Cooling:
    • Ensure the cooler is firmly attached to the device's back, making good contact. For best results, use without a phone case or with a MagSafe-compatible case.
    • Check that the fan vents are not blocked by dust or other obstructions.
    • Increase the fan speed using the adjustment button.
    • Environmental factors (high ambient temperature) can affect cooling efficiency.
  • Unusual Noise from Fan:
    • Check for any foreign objects obstructing the fan blades.
    • If the noise persists and is excessive, discontinue use and contact customer support.
  • Burning Smell:
    • Immediately disconnect the cooler from the power source.
    • Do not attempt to use the device again. Contact customer support for assistance.
