1. Important Safety Information

Please ensure someone is supervising when the nail drill is charging. Unplug it from the power outlet when you leave. Do not charge it for more than 4 hours, and unplug it immediately after it is fully charged.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the nail drill. Connect the USB-Type C charging cable to the charging port on the control box and plug the other end into a 5V/2A USB adapter (not included). The LCD screen will indicate charging status.

4.2 Attaching the Handpiece

Connect the handpiece cable securely into the designated port on the control box. Ensure a firm connection.

4.3 Inserting and Changing Drill Bits

1. Connect the handpiece to the Perlarie nail drill control box.
2. Turn the set right towards the "unlock" direction to loosen the collet.
3. Remove the test bar bit.
4. Insert the desired bit into the bottom of the collet with a 2-3 mm gap.
5. Turn back to the "lock" direction until the collet is secured.
6. Adjust the variable speed dial to the desired speed.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Speed Control

Use the 3-in-1 knob to turn the device ON/OFF, pause operation, and adjust the speed. Rotate the knob clockwise to increase speed and counter-clockwise to decrease speed.

5.2 Forward/Reverse Rotation

Toggle the F/R switch to change the rotation direction of the drill bit. This feature is convenient for both left-handed and right-handed users.

5.3 Recommended Speeds for Nail Tasks

Always start with a low speed and gradually increase as needed. Refer to the following guidelines for optimal results:

5.4 Understanding Drill Bits

The kit includes various drill bits designed for specific functions:

• Fine Grit Barrel Bit: For fine polishing of nail edges and cuticles.
• Ceramic (Quartz) Barrel Ball Bit: For fine polishing and smoothing of nail surfaces, preventing hangnails and smoothing the skin.
• Cone Bit: Pushes up cuticles, opens small pockets, and cleans nail grooves.
• Micro Ball Bit: Smoothes nail edges, sidewalls, nail grooves, cuticles, and hard calluses.
• Flywheel Bit (Overflow Gel Bit): Removes overflow gel, shapes edges and nail grooves, and smoothes cuticle hangnails.
• Mandrel Sanding Bands: For heavy-duty filing, removing nail roughness, trimming nail length, and shaping.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Device

Regularly wipe the control box and handpiece with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.

Clean drill bits after each use to prevent buildup. Sanitize bits before and after use with an appropriate disinfectant. Store bits in their protective case to prevent damage.

7.1 Common Issues and Solutions

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is charged. Check the power connection.
• Drill bit not spinning: Ensure the handpiece is securely connected to the control box. Verify the drill bit is properly inserted and locked. Check for any overload protection warnings on the LCD screen.
• Excessive vibration or noise: Ensure the drill bit is correctly inserted and not bent. Lower the RPM if necessary.
