Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C cable to the charging port on the speaker and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours.

2. Powering On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
• To power off, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds again.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power on the Soundcore Select 4 Go speaker. The Bluetooth indicator will flash blue, indicating it's in pairing mode.
2. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore Select 4 Go" in the list of available devices.
3. Select "Soundcore Select 4 Go" to connect. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator will turn solid blue.

4. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For a more immersive audio experience, you can pair two Soundcore Select 4 Go speakers together.

1. Ensure both Soundcore Select 4 Go speakers are powered on.
2. Connect one speaker to your smartphone via Bluetooth (this will be the primary speaker).
3. On both speakers, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds. You will hear a tone, and the Bluetooth indicators will flash blue and white.
4. Once successfully paired, the Bluetooth indicator on the primary speaker will turn solid blue, and the secondary speaker's indicator will turn solid white.

Operating the Speaker

Basic Controls

IP67 Protection and Floatable Design

The Soundcore Select 4 Go is designed with an IP67 rating, making it highly resistant to water and dust. It can be immersed in up to 3.3 feet (1 meter) of water for up to 30 minutes. Its floatable design ensures it stays on the surface when used in water, preventing it from sinking. Always ensure the rubber cover over the charging port is securely sealed for effective waterproofing.

Cleaning

Troubleshooting

Cannot Power On

• Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.

Cannot Pair with Bluetooth Device

• Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (blue indicator flashing).
• Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (up to 30 meters).
• Forget "Soundcore Select 4 Go" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• If multiple Bluetooth devices are nearby, turn them off to avoid interference.

No Sound or Low Volume

• Increase the volume on both the speaker and your connected device.
• Ensure the speaker is properly connected to your device.

TWS Pairing Issues

• Disconnect any existing Bluetooth connections from both speakers before attempting TWS pairing.
