4. Operating Instructions

The VFD offers various control methods and parameters for motor operation. The primary control methods are V/F control and Open Loop Vector Control (SVC).

4.1 Control Panel Overview

  • Digital Display: Shows frequency, current, voltage, and parameter settings.

4.2 Basic Operation

  1. Power On: After ensuring all wiring is correct and secure, apply single-phase 220V AC power to the VFD. The display will light up.
  2. Set Frequency: Use the UP/DOWN arrows to adjust the desired output frequency.
  3. Start Motor: Press the FWD button for forward rotation or REV for reverse rotation. The motor will accelerate to the set frequency.
  4. Stop Motor: Press the STOP/RESET button to stop the motor.

4.3 Parameter Setting

  1. Press PRG/ESC to enter parameter setting mode.
  2. Use UP/DOWN arrows to navigate through parameter groups and individual parameters.
