5.2 Styling Hair (Curling and Straightening)

Ensure your hair is clean, dry, and detangled before styling. For best results and heat protection, apply a heat protectant spray.

For Curling:

  1. Take a small section of hair.
  2. Open the clamp and place the hair section between the plates, close to the roots.
  3. Rotate the tool 180 degrees, wrapping the hair around the barrel.
  4. Slowly glide the tool down the hair section to the ends. The integrated cooling fan helps to set the curl as you release it.
  5. Repeat for all sections of hair.

For Straightening:

  1. Take a small section of hair.
  2. Place the hair section between the ceramic plates, close to the roots.
  3. Gently clamp the plates together and slowly glide the tool down the hair section to the ends.
  4. Repeat for all sections of hair until desired straightness is achieved.

5.3 Using the Silicone Sleeve for Clip

The silicone sleeve is designed to enhance the grip between the clip and the hair, which is particularly useful for fine or thin hair. This helps to prevent hair from slipping out during styling.

  1. Carefully slide the silicone sleeve onto the curling iron clip.
  2. When styling, ensure the hair is positioned closer to the root part of the clamp with the silicone sleeve for a tighter grip.
