1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using the Anatole Electric Vegetable Dicer Slicer. Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Sharp Blades: The dicing and slicing blades are extremely sharp. Always handle them with extreme caution and wear protective gloves (provided) during installation, removal, and cleaning.
- Secure Lid: The appliance is equipped with an electromagnetic induction safety device. It will only operate when the cover is securely in place and aligned with the red arrow on the marker. Do not attempt to bypass this safety feature.
- Power Supply: Ensure the voltage of your power supply matches the rating label on the appliance (110V). Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
- Water Immersion: Do not immerse the main machine body in water or any other liquid. This can cause electric shock.
- Food Pusher: Always use the food pusher to guide vegetables into the feed opening. Never use your hands or other utensils to push food, as this can lead to severe injury.
- Continuous Operation: To prevent overheating and prolong the life of the motor, the continuous processing time should not exceed 20-30 minutes. Allow the machine to cool down before resuming operation.
- Supervision: Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Intended Use: This appliance is designed for dicing and slicing firm vegetables and fruits. It is not suitable for soft foods like ripe tomatoes or very soft fruits, which may result in a pulpy consistency rather than clean cuts.
- Damaged Cord/Plug: Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact customer support for assistance.
- Cleaning: Refer to the "Maintenance and Cleaning" section for proper cleaning procedures.

3. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Wash all removable parts (discs, blades, cover, food pusher) with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
3.1 Installing the Dicing Disc
- Insert the dicing disc onto the central shaft of the main machine unit. Ensure it sits firmly.
- Carefully insert the cross-cutting blade into the shaft, aligning it with the grid of the dicing disc.
- Place the cover and food hopper onto the machine. Rotate the cover until it aligns with the red arrow marker on the machine body. This activates the safety switch, allowing the machine to power on.

3.2 Installing the Slicing Disc
- Insert the slicing disc onto the central shaft of the main machine unit.
- To adjust slicing thickness (from 1/25'' to 1/8''), use the provided spacers. Unscrew the blades on the slicing disc, place one or two pairs of spacers underneath the blades, and then re-secure the blades. More spacers result in thicker slices.
- Place the cover and food hopper onto the machine. Rotate the cover until it aligns with the red arrow marker on the machine body to engage the safety switch.

Video: This official video demonstrates the installation of both dicing and slicing discs, as well as the general operation steps for the Anatole Commercial Food Processor. It highlights the safety features and proper usage.
4. Operating Instructions
- Preparation: Ensure the machine is assembled correctly with the desired disc (dicing or slicing) and the lid is securely aligned. Plug the power cord into a 110V AC outlet.
- Food Preparation: Wash and peel vegetables or fruits as needed. Cut larger items into pieces that fit comfortably into the enlarged feed opening (approximately 3.15 inches / 80mm).
- Power On: Flip the one-touch switch to the "ON" position. The machine will start operating.
- Feeding Food: Place the prepared food into the feed opening. Use the food pusher to gently guide the food down towards the rotating blade. Apply steady, even pressure.
- Processing Time: The machine is designed for efficient processing, taking approximately 10 seconds to cut a potato. Avoid continuous operation for more than 20-30 minutes to prevent motor overheating.
- Power Off: Once processing is complete, flip the switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the machine from the power outlet.
- Output: The processed food will be discharged directly from the outlet into a container placed below.
