1. Important Safety Instructions

  • Do not immerse the charging base or adapter in water or other liquids.
  • Ensure the charging port cover is tightly closed before exposing the device to water.
  • This product is intended for oral hygiene only. Do not use for any other purpose.
  • Keep out of reach of children. This device is not a toy.
  • Do not use if you have an open wound on your tongue or in your mouth.
  • Consult your dentist before use if you have had oral surgery or have severe periodontal disease.
  • Use only clean water or dentist-recommended oral rinse in the water tank.
  • Do not direct the water jet at your eyes, nose, or other sensitive areas.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the water flosser. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 30 days of usage.

  1. Locate the USB Type-C charging port on the device.
  2. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the flosser and a compatible USB power adapter (not included), power bank, or computer.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging. It will change or turn off when fully charged.

3.2 Attaching/Replacing Nozzles

  1. Select the desired jet tip. The device includes standard tips (with different colored rings for family members), an orthodontic tip, and a tongue cleaner tip.
  2. Insert the nozzle into the hole on the top of the flosser until you hear a "click" sound, ensuring it is securely in place.
  3. To remove a nozzle, press the nozzle release button located on the side of the flosser and pull the nozzle out.

3.3 Filling the Water Tank

Ensure the device is switched off before filling the water tank.

  1. Twist the water tank counter-clockwise to detach it from the main unit, or open the small filling port cover on the side of the tank.
  2. Fill the tank with lukewarm water. For best results, use distilled or filtered water to prevent mineral buildup.
  3. Reattach the water tank by twisting it clockwise until secure, or close the filling port cover firmly.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

Press the ON/OFF button (power symbol) to turn the device on or off.

4.2 Selecting a Mode

With the device on, press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the 5 cleaning modes. The corresponding indicator light will show the selected mode.

  • Strong (110 PSI): For deep cleaning between teeth or braces.
  • Normal (90 PSI): For thorough cleaning and breath freshening.
  • Soft (70 PSI): To remove plaque and massage gums.
  • Pulse (50 PSI): For gentle mouth cleaning.
  • Child (30 PSI): For daily cleaning, sensitive teeth, or first-time users.

4.3 Proper Flossing Technique

  1. Lean over a sink and place the jet tip in your mouth, aiming it at your gumline at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Close your lips slightly to prevent splashing, but allow water to flow from your mouth into the sink.
  3. Start with the back teeth and work your way forward, pausing briefly between teeth.
  4. Direct the stream along the gumline and between each tooth.
  5. The 360° rotatable nozzle allows you to easily reach all areas of your mouth.
  6. The device will automatically shut off after 2 minutes of continuous use.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Water Tank

The 300ML water tank is detachable for easy cleaning.

  1. Detach the water tank from the main unit.
  2. Rinse the tank thoroughly with warm water after each use.
  3. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and water, then rinse completely.
  4. Allow the tank to air dry before reattaching or storing.

5.2 Cleaning Nozzles

Rinse jet tips under running water after each use. Replace jet tips every 3-6 months, or sooner if they become worn.

5.3 Storage

Store the flosser in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the water tank is empty and clean before long-term storage.
