Setup
Before first use, ensure all components are present and properly assembled.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Verify that the main unit, handle, self-cleaning base, adapter, roller brushes, filter, floor detergent, and cleaning brush are included.
- Handle Assembly: Insert the handle into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
- Charging: Place the main unit on the self-cleaning base. Connect the adapter to the base and plug it into a power outlet. Allow the device to fully charge before initial use. The LCD screen will indicate charging status.
- Fill Clean Water Tank: Locate the clean water tank on the main unit. Open the cap and fill with clean water, adding the recommended amount of NARWAL floor detergent as indicated on the detergent bottle. Close the cap securely.
- Initial Self-Cleaning Cycle: It is recommended to run an initial self-cleaning cycle on the base to prime the system and ensure optimal performance.

Powering On and Off
- To power on, press and hold the power button on the handle.

Emptying Dirty Water Tank and Dry Waste Bin
The S20 Pro separates wet and dry waste. Regularly empty the dirty water tank and the dry waste bin to prevent clogs and maintain hygiene. The device will provide voice prompts when the dirty water tank needs emptying.
Filter and Roller Brush Replacement
