Setup
1. Charging the Device
- Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging port on your OpenSwim S700.
- Plug the USB end of the cable into a USB power adapter or a computer's USB port.
- The LED indicator will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.
2. Loading Music
The OpenSwim S700 does not support Bluetooth. Music must be loaded directly onto the device.
- Connect your OpenSwim S700 to a computer using the magnetic charging cable. The device will appear as a removable disk drive.
- Open the device folder on your computer.
- Drag and drop your desired audio files (MP3, WAV, WMA, AAC, FLAC) into the device folder.
- Once files are transferred, safely eject the OpenSwim S700 from your computer before disconnecting the cable.
3. Wearing the OpenSwim S700
- Place the transducers on your cheekbones, just in front of your ears.
- Ensure the neckband rests comfortably around the back of your head.
- Adjust the fit for comfort and optimal sound. The device should feel secure without being too tight.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power/Volume+ button for 2 seconds until the LED flashes blue and you hear "Welcome to Shokz."
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Volume+ button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes red and you hear "Power off."
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
- Next Track: Press and hold the Volume+ button for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume- button for 2 seconds.
Volume Control
- Increase Volume: Press the Volume+ button.
- Decrease Volume: Press the Volume- button.
Equalizer Modes (EQ)
The OpenSwim S700 features different EQ modes optimized for various listening environments.
