Replace the CR1/3N battery when the laser's intensity diminishes or it fails to activate. Refer to Section 5.1 for battery installation instructions.

8. Troubleshooting

Problem: Laser beam is not visible.
Solution: The Holosun RML-IR emits an Infrared (IR) laser, which is not visible to the naked eye. You must use a night vision device (e.g., night vision goggles or monocular) to see the laser beam.
Problem: Laser does not activate.
Solution:
  • Ensure the CR1/3N battery is correctly installed with the positive (+) terminal facing outwards.
  • Replace the battery with a fresh CR1/3N battery.
  • Ensure the activation buttons are fully depressed.
Problem: Laser point is inconsistent or drifts.
Solution:
  • Check that the RML-IR unit is securely mounted to the Picatinny rail. Tighten the mounting screw if necessary.
  • Ensure the firearm's rail itself is stable and not loose.
