Setup

1. Battery Installation

The PMP43IN megaphone requires 6 'D' size batteries (not included) for operation.

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the side of the megaphone.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 6 'D' size batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Connecting the Handheld Microphone

The handheld microphone is pre-connected to the megaphone. Ensure the coiled cable is securely attached to the microphone and the megaphone's input port.

1. Power On/Off and Volume Control

  • Locate the power switch and volume control knob on the megaphone.
  • Turn the volume knob clockwise to power on the megaphone and increase volume. Turn counter-clockwise to decrease volume and power off.

2. Voice Amplification Mode (Talk)

  • Hold the handheld microphone close to your mouth.
  • Speak clearly into the microphone. Your voice will be amplified through the megaphone speaker.
  • Adjust the volume to your desired level using the volume control knob.

3. Siren Alert Mode

  • To activate the built-in siren, locate the siren button on the megaphone or handheld microphone (if applicable).
  • Press the button to emit a loud, emergency siren tone.
  • Release the button to stop the siren.

4. AUX/MP3 Input (Music)

  • The megaphone features an AUX/MP3 input port (3.5mm jack).
  • Connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) using a 3.5mm audio cable.
  • Play audio from your connected device. The sound will be played through the megaphone speaker.
  • Adjust the volume using the megaphone's volume control and/or the volume control on your external device.

Maintenance
