5. Setup and Assembly
5.1 Filling the Water Tank
- Ensure the steam iron is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Detach the water tank from the main unit by pulling it downwards.
- Open the water tank cap.
- Fill the tank with clean tap water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- Close the water tank cap securely.
- Reattach the water tank to the main unit, ensuring it clicks into place.
5.2 Attaching the Brush Accessory
The brush accessory is useful for thicker fabrics and upholstery, helping to open fabric weaves for better steam penetration and lint removal.
- Ensure the appliance is cool and unplugged.
- Align the brush accessory with the steam plate of the iron.
- Gently push the accessory onto the steam plate until it securely locks into position.
- To remove, pull the accessory off the steam plate.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Initial Use
- After filling the water tank (Section 5.1), plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
- The indicator light will illuminate, indicating the appliance is heating up.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds until the indicator light changes or stops flashing, signifying it is ready for use.
6.2 Steaming Garments
- Hang the garment on a hanger.
- Hold the steam iron vertically, keeping the steam plate a few centimeters away from the fabric.
- Press and hold the steam trigger to release steam. For continuous steam, engage the lockable steam switch if available.
- Move the steam iron slowly downwards over the fabric, allowing the steam to penetrate and relax the fibers.
- For stubborn wrinkles, gently press the steam plate against the fabric while steaming.
- When finished, release the steam trigger and unplug the appliance.

6.3 Using the Brush Accessory
Attach the brush accessory as described in Section 5.2. Use it for:
- Thicker fabrics like coats, jackets, and upholstery.
- Removing lint, hair, and dust while steaming.
- Helping to open fabric weaves for deeper steam penetration.
6.4 Automatic Shut-off
For safety, the appliance is equipped with an automatic shut-off function. If left idle for a certain period, it will automatically turn off. To restart, unplug and re-plug the appliance, or press the power button if available.
7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your steam iron.
7.1 After Each Use
- Unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely.
- Detach the water tank and empty any remaining water.
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth.
7.2 Cleaning the Steam Plate
If mineral deposits accumulate on the steam plate, gently wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the surface.
7.3 Descaling

8. Storage
When not in use, store the steam iron in a cool, dry place. Ensure the water tank is empty and the appliance is completely cool before storing. Wrap the power cord neatly around the base or use a cord wrap if provided.
