Operating Instructions

The LUTEC 80W Flood Light features a built-in photocell for automatic dusk-to-dawn operation.

  • Automatic Operation: The integrated photocell sensor detects ambient light levels.
    • At dusk, when natural light diminishes, the floodlight will automatically turn on at full brightness.
    • At dawn, as natural light increases, the floodlight will automatically turn off.
  • Manual Override (if wired to a switch): If the floodlight is connected to a wall switch, you can manually turn the light on or off regardless of the ambient light conditions. However, for optimal energy efficiency and to utilize the dusk-to-dawn feature, it is recommended to leave the switch in the "ON" position.
