Maintenance
Cleaning Your Earbuds
Regularly clean your earbuds to maintain optimal sound quality and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case. For ear tips, remove them from the earbuds and clean with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before reattaching.
Storage
Always store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them from dust, damage, and to keep them charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Water Resistance
The earbuds are rated IP7 waterproof, meaning they are protected against immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for sports and workouts where sweat or light rain may be present. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged water immersion. Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting
Earbuds Not Pairing/Connecting
- Ensure both earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid again to re-initiate pairing mode.
- If issues persist, try forgetting "W90 Pro" from your device's Bluetooth settings and repeat the pairing process.
One Earbud Not Working
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often resets the connection.
- Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case to ensure proper connection.
Low Volume or Poor Sound Quality
- Adjust the volume on both your connected device and via the earbud touch controls.
- Ensure the ear tips are properly seated in your ears to create a good seal. Try different sized ear caps for a better fit.
- Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
