3. Setup

3.1 What's in the Box

3.2 Connecting Your Keyboard

The KZZI K68 PRO supports three connection modes:

1. Type-C Wired Mode: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard and your device. Ensure the mode switch on the keyboard is set to wired mode.
2. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode: Locate the 2.4GHz USB dongle (usually stored in a compartment on the keyboard). Plug the dongle into your device's USB port. Switch the keyboard to 2.4GHz mode. The keyboard should automatically connect.
3. Bluetooth Mode (3.0+5.0): Switch the keyboard to Bluetooth mode. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select 'KZZI K68 PRO' to pair. The keyboard can store up to three Bluetooth connections (BT1, BT2, BT3).

3.3 Charging

The keyboard is powered by 1 A battery (included). Connect the USB-C cable to the keyboard and a power source to charge. The keyboard can be used while charging in wired mode.

4. Operating Modes

4.1 Tri-Mode Switching

Use the physical switch on the keyboard to toggle between wired, 2.4GHz, and Bluetooth modes. For Bluetooth, press and hold Fn+Q/W/E to pair with new devices (BT1, BT2, BT3). For 2.4GHz, switch to 2.4G position, press and hold Fn+P, then plug the receiver into the device. A successful pairing is indicated by the 'P' key flashing.

4.2 Multi-Function Knob

The multi-function knob allows for quick control of various settings, such as volume adjustment. It can also be used to switch between different connected devices, enhancing workflow efficiency.

4.3 RGB Lighting Control

The keyboard features RGB backlighting with 20 light modes. Use FN multimedia keys to adjust backlight effects, brightness, and speed. Long-press specific keys to restore factory settings.

5. Customization

5.1 Hot-Swappable Switches

6.1 Cleaning

To clean your keyboard, disconnect it from your device. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keys. For keycaps, gently remove them and clean with a mild soap solution, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.

6.2 Switch Care

If replacing switches, ensure proper alignment to avoid bending pins. Store spare switches and keycaps in a dry, dust-free environment.

7. Troubleshooting

• Connectivity Issues: Ensure the keyboard is in the correct mode (wired, 2.4GHz, or Bluetooth). For wireless modes, check battery level. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is on and the keyboard is paired.
• Keys Not Responding: Check if the switches are properly seated. If a specific key is problematic, try swapping its switch with a spare one.
• RGB Lighting Problems: Use the FN key combinations to cycle through lighting modes and adjust brightness. Ensure the keyboard is not in a low power state.
• Unexpected Characters (Chattering): This can sometimes be caused by overly sensitive switches. If you experience this, consider replacing the problematic switch.
