1. Introduction

2. Setup

2.1 Setting the Time

1. Pull the Crown: Gently pull the crown (located on the right side of the watch case) outwards to the first position. The seconds hand will stop, allowing for precise time setting.
2. Adjust the Time: Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the hour and minute hands to the desired time. The dial features both 12-hour and 24-hour markings for military time readability.
3. Push the Crown Back: Once the time is set, push the crown back into its original position. The seconds hand will resume movement. Ensure the crown is fully seated to maintain water resistance.

2.2 Strap Adjustment

3. Operation

3.1 Bidirectional Rotating Bezel

The watch features a bidirectional rotating bezel. This bezel can be used for various timing functions:

• Elapsed Time: Rotate the bezel so that the triangle marker aligns with the minute hand. As time passes, the minute hand will point to the elapsed time on the bezel.
• Second Time Zone: Align the desired second time zone hour on the bezel with the current hour hand. This provides a quick reference for a different time zone.

3.2 Tritium Gas Tube Illumination

The watch utilizes self-contained Tritium gas tubes for constant visibility in low-light conditions. A gas tube is placed on each hour marker, hand, and at the 12-hour marker on the bezel. Tritium tubes are self-illuminating and do not require an external light source for charging, unlike traditional photoluminescent paint.

3.3 End of Life (EOL) Indicator

The Swiss-made ETA F06 quartz movement includes an End of Life (EOL) indicator. When the battery charge is low, the seconds hand will advance once every four seconds instead of its usual one-second intervals. This indicates that a battery change is required soon.

4.1 Battery Replacement

The watch is powered by a Product Specific battery (included). When the EOL indicator activates, the battery needs replacement. The watch features an easy-access battery hatch on the stainless steel engraved back. 4.2 Water Resistance

4.3 Cleaning and Care

To clean your watch, wipe the case and crystal with a soft, damp cloth. For the nylon strap, mild soap and water can be used. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish or components. Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use.

5. Troubleshooting

• Watch Not Running:

  Ensure the crown is fully pushed in. If the watch still does not run, the battery may need replacement (refer to Section 4.1). If the EOL indicator is active, a battery change is imminent.
• Time Inaccuracy:

  While the ETA F06 movement is highly accurate (-0.3/+0.5 seconds per day), extreme temperature changes or strong magnetic fields can affect timekeeping. If persistent inaccuracy occurs, consult a qualified watch technician.

• Condensation Under Crystal:

  If condensation appears under the crystal, it may indicate a breach in the watch's water resistance. Immediately take the watch to a qualified technician for inspection and repair to prevent further damage.
