Setup
1. Charging the Doorbell
Before initial use, fully charge the doorbell using the provided USB charging cable. Connect the cable to the doorbell's charging port and a standard USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicator will show charging status.
2. App Installation and Bluetooth Pairing
Download the ANNKE Sight app from your mobile device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and add your new doorbell. The doorbell supports Bluetooth networking for easy initial setup and connection to your Wi-Fi network.

3. Mounting the Doorbell
Follow these steps to securely mount your ANNKE M138 Video Doorbell:
- Step 1: Clean the desired installation area on your wall or door frame. Attach the provided mounting guide sticker to mark the drill points.
- Step 2: Drill holes at the marked points using an appropriate drill bit. Insert the wall anchors into the drilled holes.
- Step 3: Secure the flat mounting bracket to the wall using the provided screws, ensuring it is flush and stable.

Troubleshooting

- Poor Wi-Fi Connection or Signal Loss:
Ensure the Wi-Fi base station is within optimal range of your home router and the doorbell. Walls and other obstructions can weaken the signal.
