Operating Instructions
1. 10-inch IPS Touch Screen
The 10-inch IPS touch screen provides a wide viewing angle and vivid display. Use touch gestures to navigate menus and settings. The smart split-screen display allows simultaneous viewing of road footage and control options.
2. Recording Modes
- Loop Recording: The dash camera continuously records video in segments (1, 2, or 5 minutes). When the memory card is full, the oldest unlocked videos are automatically overwritten to ensure continuous recording.
- G-Sensor: In the event of a sudden collision or vibration, the built-in G-sensor automatically detects the impact and locks the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten. This footage is stored as critical evidence.

3. WDR & Super Night Vision
The Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology and Super Night Vision enhance video clarity in various lighting conditions. This ensures clear capture of details like license plates, even in low-light environments or when balancing bright headlights and dark shadows.

4. Smart Driving Guardian (ADAS)
The Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) feature provides real-time road risk detection. This includes warnings and assistance for lane drifting (Lane Change Assist - LCA) and potential collisions (Blind Spot Detection - BSD), acting as an additional safety measure.

5. Easier Reversing & Image Flip
When reversing, the rear view and guidelines are automatically displayed in full screen on the mirror. You can adjust the view angle by scrolling up and down on the touchscreen. The dash cam also allows vertical or horizontal flipping of the front/rear image, making it compatible with various vehicle types like pickups, RVs, and trucks.

6. Wi-Fi & App Control
The built-in Wi-Fi allows for convenient remote access to footage. You can view, download, and share videos and images directly from your smartphone or laptop via the Viidure App (available on Google Play and App Store).

7. 24H Parking Monitor

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera lenses and screen. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Micro-SD Card Care: Regularly format your Micro-SD card (at least once a month) to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Replace the card if you notice frequent errors or reduced performance.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the dash camera to extreme temperatures for prolonged periods, as this can affect battery life and component integrity.
Troubleshooting
- Camera not powering on: Ensure the car charger is securely connected to both the dash camera and the vehicle's 12V power outlet. Check the vehicle's fuse for the power outlet.
- "SD card full" error: Format the Micro-SD card through the camera's settings menu. If the issue persists, the card may be faulty and require replacement.
- Poor video quality: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lenses. Check that the recording resolution is set to 4K (front) and 1080P (rear) in the settings.
- Rear camera not displaying: Verify that the rear camera cable is securely connected to the main unit and that the red wire is correctly connected to the reversing light positive lead.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure the Viidure App is updated to the latest version. Restart both the dash camera and your smartphone/laptop.
