1. Introduction

The Igia Callus Free device is designed for effective removal of dead skin and calluses from your feet. 2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

1. Before first use, fully charge the device.
2. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a suitable USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and change color or turn off when fully charged.
4. A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.

4.2 Attaching Grinding Heads

1. Ensure the device is turned off.
2. Select the desired grinding head (Coarse, Regular, or Fine).
3. Align the grinding head with the device's rotating mechanism and gently press it into place until it clicks securely.
4. To remove a grinding head, gently pull it away from the device.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for effective and safe use of your Igia Callus Free device:

1. Ensure your feet are clean and dry before use.
2. Select and attach the appropriate grinding head for your needs (refer to section 5.1).
3. Press the power button to turn on the device.
4. Gently glide the rotating head over the callused or rough areas of your feet. Do not apply excessive pressure.
5. Move the device in short, light strokes, avoiding staying in one area for too long to prevent irritation.
6. The built-in vacuum will collect the removed skin debris.
7. Continue until the desired smoothness is achieved.
8. After use, press the power button to turn off the device.
9. Moisturize your feet after treatment for best results.

5.1 Choosing the Right Grinding Head

• Coarse Head: Designed for removing stubborn dead skin and hard calluses.
• Regular Head: Suitable for tackling rough dead skin and newly formed calluses.
• Fine Head: Ideal for daily foot care and maintaining smooth skin, or for more delicate areas.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Device

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the lifespan of your device.

1. Turn off the device and remove the grinding head.
2. Empty the removable vacuum bin by twisting and pulling it off. Dispose of the collected skin debris.
3. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any remaining debris from the grinding head and the device's vacuum area.
4. Rinse the grinding head and the removable vacuum bin under running water.
5. The device itself is IPX7 water-resistant, meaning it can be rinsed under running water. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before rinsing. Do not submerge the entire device for extended periods.
6. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.

6.2 Storage

Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure it is fully charged before long-term storage to maintain battery health.

7. Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the battery is low, connect it to the charger.
• Reduced performance: The grinding head may be worn out and needs replacement, or the vacuum bin might be full. Clean the device and replace the head if necessary.
• Device stops during use: This may indicate low battery. Recharge the device. It could also be a safety feature if excessive pressure is applied. Reduce pressure.
• Skin irritation: Ensure you are not applying too much pressure or using the device on sensitive or broken skin. Use the appropriate grinding head for your skin type.
