3. For dual-zone elements, select the inner or outer ring as needed.
4. After cooking, turn the knob to the 'OFF' position. The residual heat indicator will remain lit until the surface is cool.

4.2 Oven Operation

The 5.0 cu. ft. oven is equipped with European convection and dual convection fans for even heat distribution. It also features a digital clock and timer for precise cooking control.

1. Setting Temperature: Use the oven temperature knob to select the desired temperature.
2. Selecting Function: Use the multifunction knob to select the desired cooking mode (e.g., Bake, Convection Bake, Broil).
