Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Zstar Espresso Machine.

Automatic Cleaning

For the milk line, the machine will prompt you to confirm cleaning after milk-based drinks to prevent blockages.

The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Simply slide it out, empty any collected liquid, and wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before re-inserting.

Grinder Head Cleaning

The grinder head can be easily removed for cleaning. Open the side compartment, pull out the grinder head, and use the provided brush to remove any coffee residue. Re-insert and close the compartment securely.

Water Tank Cleaning

Periodically clean the water tank with mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue before refilling with fresh water.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Zstar Espresso Machine, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Machine not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the machine and a working electrical outlet.
  • No coffee dispensing: Check if the water tank is filled and correctly inserted. Ensure there are enough coffee beans in the hopper. The grinder might be blocked; refer to the maintenance section for cleaning.
  • Milk not frothing correctly: Ensure the milk container has enough milk and the frothing hose is properly connected and clean. Use cold milk for best results.
  • Error messages on display: The touch display provides clear indications for issues such as low water, empty bean hopper, or cleaning reminders. Follow the on-screen prompts.
