Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Charger not turning on / No LED activity. | No AC power, faulty outlet, damaged power cord. | Check AC power connection. Test the outlet with another device. Inspect power cord for damage. |
| Charger connected but red/green lights blink alternately (No-load indication). | Charger not properly connected to battery, battery voltage too low, or battery fault. | Ensure the 3-pin plug is securely inserted into the golf cart's charging port. Check battery voltage; if extremely low, it may not be detected. Consult a professional for battery inspection. |
| Charger does not charge (as reported by a user). | Internal fault, incorrect battery connection, or battery issue. | Verify all connections are secure. Ensure the charger is compatible with your golf cart's battery system. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
| Charger gets excessively hot. | Obstructed ventilation, operating in high ambient temperature. | Ensure the cooling fan and vents are clear. Move the charger to a cooler, well-ventilated area. If overheating continues, discontinue use and contact support. |
| Green light is always on immediately after connecting. | Battery is already fully charged, or charger is not detecting the battery correctly. | Confirm the battery needs charging. Re-check connections. If the battery is known to be discharged, contact customer support. |
