4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

  • Carefully remove all packaging materials.

4.2 Placement

  • Place the humidor on a firm, level surface capable of supporting its weight when full.
  • Ensure at least 5 inches (12.7 cm) of space at the back and sides for proper ventilation.

4.3 Initial Seasoning

Before storing cigars, the humidor must be seasoned to prevent the cedar wood from absorbing moisture from your cigars.
