1. Introduction

The Dragon Touch Digital Picture Frame is a 10.1-inch IPS touch screen WiFi digital photo frame designed to easily share and display your cherished memories. With 16GB of internal storage, auto-rotate functionality, and seamless photo sharing via a dedicated app, it keeps you connected with loved ones by instantly updating life moments.

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your digital picture frame.

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Power-On and Wi-Fi Connection

1. Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the frame and plug it into a power outlet. The frame will automatically power on.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language and connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. (Note: This device only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.)
3. Complete the initial setup steps on the touch screen.

3.2 Downloading and Connecting the VPhoto App

1. Download the 'VPhoto' app from your mobile device's app store (Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
2. Create an account within the app.
3. On the digital picture frame, navigate to 'Settings' > 'My Frame' to find the connection code (QR code).
4. Scan the QR code with the VPhoto app to link your device.

4. Operating the Digital Picture Frame

4.1 Photo and Video Management

The frame supports instant reception of photos and videos via Wi-Fi. You can also upload media using an SD card or USB drive.

• Uploading via App: Use the VPhoto app to select and send photos/videos directly to the frame. Each photo must be under 50MB, and each video under 200MB.
• Uploading via SD Card/USB: Insert an SD card or USB drive into the designated slots to view and manage files.
• Internal Storage: The frame has 16GB of built-in memory, capable of storing approximately 80,000 photos.

4.2 Slideshow and Display Settings

• Auto-Rotate: The frame automatically adjusts photo orientation whether positioned in portrait or landscape mode.
• Slideshow Interval: Customize the duration each photo is displayed in the slideshow.
• Transition Effects: Choose from various transition animations between photos.
• Display Mode: Select between original ratio, fill, or full pan for photo display.
• Sleep Mode: Set a customized sleep mode to conserve energy.

4.3 Multi-User Sharing

The VPhoto app allows multiple users to connect to the same frame, enabling family members to share photos and videos from anywhere in the world.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and frame. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Software Updates: Periodically check for and install software updates via the frame's settings menu to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
• Storage Management: Regularly review and delete unwanted photos or videos to free up internal storage space.

6. Troubleshooting

• Frame not powering on: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the frame and a working power outlet.
• Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Verify your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. Check your Wi-Fi password and ensure the frame is within range of your router.
• Photos not appearing: Confirm photos were successfully uploaded via the app or transferred correctly from an SD card/USB drive. Check file formats for compatibility.
• Screen unresponsive: Try restarting the frame by unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter. If issues persist, perform a factory data reset (Note: This will erase all data on the frame).
• App issues: Ensure your VPhoto app is updated to the latest version. For persistent problems, try reinstalling the app.
