3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all removable parts (steaming tiers, lid, steamer rack, ceramic plate) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the main base unit with a damp cloth.
3. Place the Base: Position the main base unit on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
4. Fill with Water: Open the external water filling spout and pour water into the reservoir. Ensure the water level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' indicators visible through the enlarged water level window. Do not overfill.
5. Assemble Tiers: Place the desired number of steaming tiers onto the base unit. If using two tiers, stack one on top of the other. Place the steamer rack inside the top tier.

• 18-hour Presets: Select your desired function, then touch the preset key and adjust the time with the knob. The steamer will start automatically at the set time.
• 1.5-hour Timing: Set the cooking duration up to 1.5 hours for various recipes.
• Warm Function: After cooking, the steamer can maintain a constant temperature of 185°F for up to 6 hours, keeping your food ready to serve.
