Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the non-stick grill plate, raclette pans, and wooden spatulas with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit or power cord in water.
- Placement: Place the main grill unit on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Assemble:
- Place the non-stick grill plate securely on top of the main unit, ensuring it sits flat over the heating element.
- Slide the individual raclette pans into the middle and lower racks. The lower rack is designed for warming.
- Power Connection: Ensure the temperature control knob is in the "OFF" position. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
- Preheating: Turn the temperature control knob to your desired setting (Min to Max). The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the grill is heating. Allow 5-10 minutes for the grill plate to reach the optimal cooking temperature.
- Grilling on Top Plate: Place meats, vegetables, or other ingredients directly onto the non-stick grill plate. Use the wooden spatulas or heat-resistant tongs to turn food as needed.
- Using Raclette Pans:
- For melting cheese: Place cheese slices or shredded cheese into the individual raclette pans. Slide the pans into the middle rack directly under the heating element. Monitor closely until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- For cooking small items: Place eggs, small vegetables, or other ingredients into the raclette pans. Slide into the middle rack for cooking.
- Warming Rack: Use the lower rack to keep cooked food warm or to gently heat items without direct exposure to the main heating element.
- Temperature Adjustment: Adjust the temperature knob as needed during cooking to maintain desired heat levels.
- After Use: Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet. Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning.
