4. Controls and Connections

4.1 Control Panel Functions
- Power ON/OFF: Main power switch.
- Mode Button: Switches between Bluetooth, FM Radio, USB, SD, and AUX input modes.
- Play/Pause: Controls playback in Bluetooth, USB, and SD modes.
- Previous/Next Track: Navigates tracks in Bluetooth, USB, and SD modes, or FM stations.
- Volume Knobs: Separate controls for Master Volume, Microphone Volume, Echo, Bass, and Treble.

4.2 Connection Ports

5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Battery
- Connect the included power adapter to the DC 9V input port on the speaker.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The LED display will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours.
- The speaker can be used while charging.
5.2 Speaker Stand Assembly
The included speaker stand allows for elevated sound projection.
- Unfold the legs of the speaker stand until they are fully extended and stable.
- Adjust the height of the stand using the locking pin and knob. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Carefully place the Pyle PA speaker onto the top pole of the stand, aligning the speaker's bottom mounting hole with the stand's pole.

5.3 Wireless Microphone Setup
- Insert batteries into the wireless microphone (batteries not included).
- Turn on the microphone. It should automatically connect to the PA speaker.
- Adjust the "MIC VOL" knob on the speaker's control panel to control the microphone's volume.
- Use the "ECHO" knob to add an echo effect to the microphone's output.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
Toggle the main power switch located on the control panel to turn the speaker ON or OFF.
6.2 Mode Selection
Press the "MODE" button repeatedly to cycle through available input sources: Bluetooth, FM Radio, USB, SD, and AUX.
6.3 Bluetooth Pairing
- Turn on the speaker and select "Bluetooth" mode using the MODE button. The LED display will show "BLUE".
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other device.
- Search for Bluetooth devices and select "PYLE AUDIO" from the list.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation tone. You can now stream audio wirelessly.

6.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Function
To use TWS, you need two Pyle PPHP1022NSM speakers.
- Ensure both speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode.
- On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the "MODE" button for a few seconds until you hear a pairing tone, indicating it is searching for another TWS speaker.
- The primary speaker will search for and connect to the second speaker. A confirmation tone will sound once connected.
- Connect your Bluetooth device to the primary speaker as described in section 6.3. Audio will now play through both speakers in stereo.
6.5 USB/SD Card Playback
- Insert a USB flash drive or Micro SD card into the corresponding port.
- The speaker will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playing MP3 files. If not, press the "MODE" button to select the correct source.
- Use the Play/Pause and Previous/Next buttons to control playback.
6.6 AUX Input
- Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop) to the 3.5mm AUX input port using an audio cable.
- Press the "MODE" button to select "AUX" mode.
- Control playback and volume from your connected device.
6.7 FM Radio Operation
- Press the "MODE" button to select "FM" mode.
- Press the Play/Pause button once to auto-scan and save available FM stations.
- Use the Previous/Next buttons to navigate through the saved stations.
6.8 Recording Function
This feature allows you to record microphone input directly to a connected USB drive or SD card.
- Ensure a USB drive or SD card is inserted.
- Press the "REC" button to start recording.
- Press the "REC" button again to stop recording. The recorded file will be saved on the USB/SD media.
6.9 LED Party Lights
Press the "LIGHT" button to cycle through different light modes or turn the lights ON/OFF.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker's exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, fully charge the speaker before first use and recharge it at least once every three months if not used regularly. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
- Water Exposure: This speaker is not waterproof. Avoid exposure to rain, splashes, or high humidity.
