Larex Baby Bassinet Instruction Manual

Important Safety Information

WARNING: To prevent suffocation or strangulation, never use extra padding, blankets, or pillows in the bassinet. Always ensure the bassinet is placed on a firm, flat surface. Never leave children unattended while using this product; always operate under adult supervision.

  • Always follow assembly instructions carefully.
  • Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged before placing a child in the bassinet.
  • Do not use the bassinet if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact Larex for replacement parts.
  • Discontinue use when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, or has reached 20 lbs (9 kg), or is 6 months of age, whichever comes first.
  • Keep all small parts and packaging materials away from children.

Setup and Assembly

The Larex Baby Bassinet is designed for easy assembly without the need for additional tools. Follow these steps:

  1. Leg Attachment: Lift one leg and secure it in place. Repeat for the other side support leg.
  2. Install the Storage Basket: Insert the storage basket tube into the lower feet until it audibly clicks into place.
  3. Frame Connection: Connect the two middle frame tubes until a distinct 'click' sound is heard. Then, insert the guardrail into the middle support frame until it locks.
  4. Middle Frame Insertion: Insert the assembled middle support frame into the side support frame until it locks.
  5. Lining Attachment: Make the lining covering the co-sleeping side over the guardrail. Use the velcro to fasten the lining onto the support frame.
  6. Mattress Placement: Put the mattress inside the crib. Make sure it fits snugly into the bottom of the crib.
  7. Assemble the Mosquito Net: Clasp the mosquito net at the middle of the top support frame and stretch the four corners of the net to cover the crib.

Operating Instructions

Modes of Use

The Larex Baby Bassinet offers versatile functionality with three primary modes:

  • Standalone Bassinet: Use as a traditional bassinet in any room.
  • Bedside Sleeper (Co-Sleeper): Adjust the height to match your bed and lower one side for easy access to your baby during the night. Ensure the bassinet is securely attached to your bed using the provided fixing belts.
  • Tilt Mode: The bassinet can be set to a slight incline to help prevent baby reflux.

Height Adjustment

The bassinet features 5 different height positions to align with various bed heights. To adjust, locate the height adjustment mechanisms on the legs and select the desired level. Ensure both sides are set to the same height for stability.
