Setup

1. Charging the Speaker: Before first use, fully charge your Soundcore Select 2S. Connect the provided USB-C to C cable to the speaker's charging port and a compatible USB wall charger (not included). The charging indicator lights will show charging progress.
2. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the top panel for 2 seconds to turn the speaker on or off.
3. Bluetooth Pairing:
   • When powered on, the speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash blue.
   • On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore Select 2S" in the list of available devices.
   • Select the speaker to connect. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light will turn solid blue.
4. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing: To pair two Soundcore Select 2S speakers for stereo sound:
   • Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
   • On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS button for 2 seconds. The TWS indicator light will flash white.
   • The primary speaker will automatically search for the secondary speaker. Once connected, the TWS indicator lights on both speakers will turn solid white.
   • Connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth.

Operating Instructions

Using the Soundcore App: For enhanced control and customization, download the Soundcore app from your device's app store. The app allows you to:

• Adjust the 9-band equalizer for personalized sound profiles.
• Update firmware.
• Check battery status.
• Control playback and volume.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the speaker's surface. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Water Resistance: Ensure the rubber cover for the charging port is securely sealed to maintain the IPX7 waterproof rating. Do not expose the speaker to saltwater or other corrosive liquids.
• Battery Care: To preserve battery life, fully charge the speaker at least once every 3 months if not in regular use.

Troubleshooting

• Cannot Power On: Ensure the speaker is charged. Connect it to a power source and try again.
• Cannot Pair with Device:
  • Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (Bluetooth indicator flashing blue).
  • Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device.
  • Forget "Soundcore Select 2S" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Move the speaker closer to your device and away from potential interference sources.
• No Sound:
  • Increase the volume on both the speaker and your connected device.
  • Ensure the speaker is successfully connected to your device.
• TWS Pairing Issues:
  • Ensure both speakers are fully charged and not connected to any other device.
  • Reset both speakers by holding the power button for 8 seconds until they power off, then try TWS pairing again.
• Poor Sound Quality:
  • Move the speaker closer to your device to improve Bluetooth signal strength.
  • Adjust the EQ settings via the Soundcore app.
