1. Introduction

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is a straightforward process. It is recommended to have at least two people for efficient and safe setup. Follow the step-by-step instructions below.

4.1. Frame Assembly

1. Unpack all components and verify against the parts list.
2. Assemble the base frame by connecting the steel pipes using the provided connectors. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Attach the vertical support poles to the base frame.
4. Construct the roof frame by connecting the curved and straight pipes.
5. Lift and secure the roof frame onto the vertical support poles.

4.2. Cover Installation

1. Carefully drape the PE cover over the assembled frame, ensuring it is centered and aligned.
2. Secure the cover to the frame using the elastic ball straps and buckles provided. Ensure a snug fit to prevent wind damage.
3. Install the ground pipes by passing them through the bottom loops of the canopy and securing them to the posts using connectors and bolts.
4. Utilize the zipper doors for access and ventilation.

5. Operating Instructions

• Roll-Up Doors: The tent features large rolling shutter doors at the front and rear for easy access. Unzip the door and roll it upwards, securing it with the provided straps.
• Ventilation: The tent includes two rolling shutter windows designed for optimal ventilation. Open these windows to allow airflow and prevent condensation, especially during humid conditions.
• Securing Items: Ensure all stored items are placed securely within the tent and do not obstruct the doors or vents.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Clean the PE cover periodically with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
• Inspection: Regularly check the frame connections, cover integrity, and anchoring points for any signs of wear, damage, or loosening. Tighten bolts and replace worn straps as needed.
• Snow Removal: In areas with heavy snowfall, regularly remove snow accumulation from the roof to prevent structural collapse.
• Anchoring: Re-check anchors after strong winds or storms to ensure the tent remains securely fastened to the ground.

7. Troubleshooting

• Tent Instability: Ensure all frame connections are fully engaged and tightened. Verify that ground anchors are properly installed and secure.
• Water Accumulation on Roof: Check that the cover is taut and properly stretched over the frame to allow water runoff. Remove any debris that might be causing pooling.
• Condensation Inside: Open the rolling shutter windows to improve airflow and reduce humidity within the tent.
