Problem Possible Cause Solution
Brush does not heat up. Not plugged in correctly; Power outlet issue; Appliance malfunction. Ensure the plug is fully inserted into a working outlet. Try a different outlet. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Indicator light is flashing. Brush is heating up to the selected temperature. This is normal. Wait for the light to become solid, indicating it has reached the set temperature.
Hair is not styling effectively (e.g., not curling/straightening). Incorrect temperature setting; Hair section too large; Styling too fast; Hair is damp. Increase temperature if hair type allows. Use smaller hair sections. Glide the brush more slowly. Ensure hair is completely dry.
Brush automatically turns off during use. 30-minute auto shut-off activated. This is a safety feature. Turn the brush back on by long pressing the power button if you wish to continue styling.
