1. Prepare Your Mixture: Prepare your desired beverage mixture. For optimal slush consistency and machine longevity, ensure the sugar content is at least 13% and alcohol content is less than 14%. Stir the mixture thoroughly before pouring.
2. Fill the Tanks: Open the lids and carefully pour the prepared mixture into the respective tanks. Do not overfill past the maximum fill line.
3. Power On: Turn on the main power switch. The LCD display will illuminate.
4. Select Operating Mode: The machine offers three primary modes, selectable via the control panel for each bowl independently:
   • Mixing (Single Press): Activates the stirrer to keep liquids mixed without freezing.
   • Cold Drink (Double Press): Chills the beverage to a cold, liquid state (approx. 41°F/5°C).
   • Slush (Triple Press): Freezes the beverage to a slushy consistency (approx. 29.3°F/-1.5°C).

5. Adjust Settings (Optional): Use the 'Increase' and 'Deduce' buttons to fine-tune temperature or other settings if available on your model. The LCD display shows real-time status.
6. Dispensing: Once the desired consistency is reached, place a glass under the dispensing spout and pull the handle down to serve.
7. Stop Operation: Press the 'Stop' button to pause or end operation. Turn off the main power switch when finished.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the lifespan of your machine.

1. Daily Cleaning:
   • Empty Tanks: After each use, empty any remaining beverage from the tanks.
