1. Product Overview

This document provides instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of the VINGLI Floating Bed Frame. This King-sized platform bed frame features integrated USB and Type-C charging ports, AC outlets, and customizable LED lighting, designed for use without a box spring.

2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all instructions before assembly and use. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Ensure all components are securely fastened before use. Periodically check and tighten all connections.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 800 lbs.
• Keep children away from small parts during assembly to prevent choking hazards.
• Exercise caution when handling electrical components (USB/AC outlets, LED lights). Do not expose to moisture.
• The bed frame features rounded edges and hidden support legs to minimize injury risks.

3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically requires two adults. Clear an area for assembly and lay out all components.

1. Assemble the Main Frame: Connect the side rails and end rails using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are finger-tight before fully tightening.
2. Install Support Legs: Attach the central support legs to the main frame. These legs are designed to be hidden for the floating effect.
3. Place Slats: Position the metal slats across the frame. Secure them according to the instructions, ensuring even spacing and stability.
4. Install Charging Station: Integrate the USB/Type-C charging station with AC outlets into the designated slot on the bed frame. Connect its power cable.
5. Attach LED Lights: Securely attach the LED light strip to the underside of the bed frame. The upgraded assembly method ensures stability. Connect the LED strip to its controller and power source.
6. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, systematically tighten all bolts and screws using the provided Allen wrench. Do not overtighten.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 LED Lighting System

The integrated LED lights can be controlled via a dedicated app, remote control, or a physical switch.

• App Control: Download the specified application (refer to the light kit's separate instructions for app name and QR code). Connect your device via Bluetooth to access over 60,000 color options, timing control, rhythm mode, and brightness/speed adjustments.
• Remote Control: Use the provided remote to change colors, adjust brightness, select modes, and power the lights on/off.
• Switch Control: A physical switch allows basic on/off functionality for the LED lights.

5.2 USB Charging Station and AC Outlets

The bed frame includes a built-in charging station for convenience.

• AC Outlets: Two 125V/12A AC outlets are provided for powering standard electrical devices.
• USB Ports: One standard USB port and one Type-C port are available for charging compatible electronic devices.
• Ensure the bed frame's main power cord is plugged into a wall outlet for the charging station to function.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps prolong the life and appearance of your bed frame.

• Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
• Electrical Components: Keep the charging station and LED lights dry. Do not immerse in water.
• Fasteners: Periodically check all bolts and screws and tighten them as necessary to maintain stability.

7. Troubleshooting

• LED Lights Not Working:
  • Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into a working outlet.
  • Ensure all connections between the LED strip, controller, and power adapter are firm.
  • Verify the remote control battery is functional.
• Charging Ports Not Functioning:
  • Confirm the bed frame's main power cord is plugged into a live wall outlet.
  • Test with a different device or charging cable to rule out device-specific issues.
• Bed Frame Squeaks or Wobbles:
  • Retighten all assembly bolts and screws.
  • Ensure the bed frame is on a level surface.
• LED Strip Detaching:
  • Re-secure the LED strip using its integrated attachment method. Avoid relying solely on adhesive if it has weakened.
