2. Safety Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children. This product is not intended for use by children except under adult supervision.
- Do not operate the device with wet hands. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquids.
- Do not disassemble the glue gun while in use. Contact customer service for assistance.
- Switch off and remove the battery when not in use.
- Do not pull out the remaining glue stick during or immediately after using the device. Allow it to cool.
- The nozzle can heat up to 392°F (200°C) during operation. Do not touch the nozzle with your hand.
3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
- Ensure the glue gun is switched off.
- Align your DeWalt 20V Max lithium battery (e.g., DCB200, DCB201, DCB203, DCB204, DCB206, DCB207) with the battery slot at the base of the glue gun.
- Slide the battery firmly into place until it clicks, indicating a secure connection.
3.2 Glue Stick Insertion
- Insert a standard 0.43" x 6" glue stick into the glue stick hold port at the rear of the gun.
- Push the glue stick gently until it meets resistance. Do not force it.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On and Preheating
- With the battery installed, press and hold the power button (usually marked with a power symbol) for 3 seconds. The LED digital display will illuminate, showing the preset temperature and then the real-time temperature.
- Allow the glue gun to preheat for approximately 3 minutes until it reaches the desired temperature. The digital display will show the temperature increasing.
4.2 Temperature Adjustment
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to adjust the temperature. The temperature range is 212°F to 392°F (100℃ to 200℃).
- To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), press the '+' and '-' keys simultaneously.

4.3 Applying Glue
- Once the glue gun reaches the set temperature, pull the larger trigger to release the melted glue.
- Apply glue to the desired surface. The glue solidifies in approximately 30 seconds.
- The 100W PTC heating system ensures a consistent flow of glue for extensive adhesive requirements.

4.4 Power Off
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the glue gun. Always remove the battery after each use for better preservation of the glue gun and battery.

5. Maintenance
- Nozzle Cleaning: The glue gun features a replaceable heat-resistant copper nozzle. If back-flow occurs or the nozzle becomes clogged, allow the gun to cool completely. Use a needle or a small tool to carefully clean any hardened glue residue from the nozzle and the glue stick entry point.
- Glue Stick Management: To prevent blockages and ensure smooth operation, keep glue sticks clean and free of debris. When a glue stick becomes shorter, insert a new one to push the remaining portion for further use.
- Storage: Always remove the battery from the glue gun before storing. Store the glue gun in a dry, safe place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
6. Troubleshooting
