Troubleshooting

Q: The headset does not power on.
A: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the headset to a power source using the provided USB cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
Q: Cannot pair with my phone.
A: Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (red and blue indicator light flashing alternately). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and it is discoverable. Try restarting both devices and repeat the pairing process.
Q: Intercom communication is not clear or has static.
A: Check the distance between the intercom units; the maximum range is 1500 meters in open terrain. Obstacles like buildings or dense trees can reduce the range. Ensure the microphone is positioned correctly and not obstructed. CVC noise reduction works best when the microphone is close to your mouth.
Q: No sound from speakers.
A: Check if the speakers are properly connected to the main unit. Ensure the volume is turned up on both the headset and your connected device. Verify that the headset is successfully paired and connected to your audio source.
Q: The unit is not responding to commands.
A: Try resetting the device. If the issue persists, refer to the full user manual for advanced troubleshooting or contact customer support.
