5. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your iFi Zen CAN 3:

    • For 3.5mm sources (e.g., smartphone, DAP): Connect your source to the 3.5mm single-ended input on the rear panel. Select Input 2 on the front panel.
    • For 4.4mm balanced sources (e.g., balanced DAC): Connect your source to the 4.4mm balanced input on the rear panel. Select Input 3 on the front panel.
  2. Connect Headphones:
    • For 6.35mm single-ended headphones: Plug your headphones into the 6.35mm output on the front panel.
    • For 4.4mm balanced headphones: Plug your headphones into the 4.4mm balanced output on the front panel.
  3. Connect Power: Connect the supplied DC 5V power adapter to the DC 5V input on the rear panel, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
  4. Power On: Press the power button on the front panel to turn on the iFi Zen CAN 3.
