  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
  • Clean the console and controllers with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
  • When not in use for extended periods, remove batteries from the wireless controllers to prevent leakage.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, refer to the following common solutions:

5.1 No Display on TV

  • Ensure the Game Stick is properly connected to the TV's HDMI port and the power cable is securely plugged in.
  • Verify that your TV's input source is set to the correct HDMI channel.
  • Check if the power adapter provides sufficient power (5V2A).

5.2 Controllers Not Responding

  • Ensure fresh batteries are correctly inserted into the controllers and the power switch is turned on.
  • Verify that the USB Receiver is securely plugged into the Game Stick.
  • If controllers lose connection, try turning them off and on again, or re-inserting the USB receiver.

5.3 Game Performance Issues (Lag)

  • While most games run smoothly, some larger or more graphically intensive titles may experience minor lag. This is generally expected due to the nature of emulation and the hardware capabilities.
  • Ensure no other applications or devices are interfering with the console's performance.
