Setup
1. Setting the Time
- Pull the crown (B) out to position 2.
- Rotate the crown (B) clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time.
- Once the time is set, push the crown (B) back into position 0.
2. Setting the Date
- Pull the crown (B) out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown (B) clockwise to advance the date. Continue rotating until the correct date is displayed in the date window.
- Once the date is set, push the crown (B) back into position 0.
- Note: Avoid setting the date between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism.
3. Adjusting the Strap
The leather strap is equipped with a traditional buckle clasp. Adjust the strap length by inserting the pin into the desired hole for a comfortable and secure fit on your wrist.
Operating
1. Reading the Time
The watch displays time using traditional hour, minute, and second hands on an analog dial.
2. Using the Chronograph Function
Your watch is equipped with a chronograph (stopwatch) function, controlled by the two pushers (A and C) located on either side of the crown.
- Start/Stop: Press pusher A (top pusher) to start the chronograph. Press pusher A again to stop it.
- Reset: While the chronograph is stopped, press pusher C (bottom pusher) to reset all chronograph hands to their zero positions.
- Reading: The subdials measure elapsed seconds, minutes, and potentially hours, depending on the specific movement. Refer to the markings on the subdials for precise readings.
3. Water Resistance
This watch is rated for 3 meters (3 ATM) of water resistance, indicated as "Daily Water Resistant." This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes, rain, or brief immersion in water. It is not suitable for swimming, showering, diving, or any water sports. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Case and Crystal: Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then wipe dry immediately.
- Leather Strap: Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. Clean with a dry, soft cloth. If it gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally, away from direct heat.
2. Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a Silver Oxide battery. When the watch stops or the second hand begins to jump irregularly (indicating a low battery), it is time for a battery replacement. We recommend having the battery replaced by a qualified watchmaker or authorized service center to ensure the water resistance seals are properly maintained.
3. Water Resistance Seals
The water resistance of your watch is not permanent and may decrease over time due to the aging of gaskets. It is advisable to have the water resistance checked annually by an authorized service center, especially after battery replacement.
4. Storage
When not wearing your watch, store it in a dry place, away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and strong magnetic fields (e.g., speakers, refrigerators, mobile phones), which can affect the accuracy of the movement.

Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is fully pushed into position 0. If it is, the battery may need replacement.
- Time is inaccurate: Reset the time as per the 'Setting the Time' instructions. If inaccuracy persists, the battery may be low, or the movement may require servicing.
- Chronograph hands not resetting to zero: If the chronograph hands do not return to their 12 o'clock (zero) position after pressing the reset pusher, consult an authorized service center.
- Condensation under the crystal: This indicates moisture has entered the watch. Seek professional service immediately to prevent damage to the movement.
For any issues not covered here, please contact an authorized Calvin Klein service center or your retailer.
