4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Connecting to the App
Download the NARWAL Freo App from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot to your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
4.2 Mapping Your Home
Initiate a mapping run through the app. The robot will navigate your home to create a detailed floor plan. Ensure all doors are open and obstacles are minimized during the initial mapping process for best results.
4.3 Starting a Cleaning Task
From the app, select your desired cleaning mode (Vacuum, Mop, or Vacuum & Mop). You can choose specific rooms or zones to clean. Press 'Start Cleaning' to begin.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Base Station Maintenance
Regularly empty the dirty water tank and refill the clean water tank. The 2.5L dustbag in the base station can hold up to 120 days of compressed dirt, but check periodically based on usage.

5.2 Robot Component Cleaning
Clean the main brush, side brushes, and mop pads regularly. The tangle-free brush minimizes hair entanglement, but occasional cleaning is recommended. Wipe down sensors with a soft, dry cloth.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- Robot not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. Restart your router and the robot.
- Robot getting stuck: Clear obstacles from the cleaning path. Use the app to set 'No-Go Zones' for problematic areas.
