1. Product Overview

2. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the PawHut Heavy Duty Dog Crate is required. Please ensure all components are present and undamaged before beginning assembly. Lay a protective film on the ground to prevent scratches during installation.

Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack all components from the box.
2. Connect the front and side fences, ensuring the detents face inward. Use the provided Allen Key to tighten the screws on each side.
3. Install the rear fence, ensuring holes face inward, and secure with screws.
4. Place the top fence, inserting the two locks first, then tightening the screws on each side.
5. Install the bottom fence by turning the crate upside down, ensuring detents face inward, and securing with screws.
6. Insert the circular support tubes into the designated slots.
7. Install the brake wheels by hand-tightening them until they stop turning, then use a wrench to secure the nuts tightly.
8. Optionally, adjust the height of the wheels by loosening the wheel bolts and nuts, adjusting as needed, and then re-tightening.
9. Place the wire tray face up in the detent, and ensure the plastic tray is positioned underneath the wire tray. Secure the wire tray with plastic cable ties to prevent shaking and noise.

3. Operating Instructions

Mobility and Stability:

• Lockable Wheels: The four caster wheels allow for easy movement of the crate. To move, ensure the wheel locks are disengaged. To secure the crate in place, press down on the wheel locks until they click into position.
