6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Connectivity Issues
- No Connection (Wireless): Ensure the keypad is charged and the ON/OFF switch is on. For 2.4GHz, verify the dongle is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keypad is in pairing mode or already paired. Try re-pairing if necessary.
- Intermittent Connection: Move the keypad closer to your device to reduce interference. Ensure no other strong wireless signals are causing disruption.
- Wired Connection Not Working: Try a different USB port or a different USB-C cable. Ensure the cable is fully inserted.
6.2 Backlight Issues
- Backlight Not Turning On: Ensure the keypad is powered on and charged. Press Fn + Enter to toggle the backlight.
- Incorrect Lighting Effect: Use the multi-function knob or software to adjust lighting effects.
6.3 Key Function Issues
- Keys Not Responding: Check if the keypad is properly connected. If a specific key is not working, it might be a faulty switch. Try hot-swapping the switch with a spare one.
- Incorrect Key Output: If you have customized keys using the software, ensure the correct profile is active. Try resetting the keypad to factory settings using Fn + Back (3s).
6.4 Software Compatibility
The customization software is primarily designed for Windows operating systems. While the keypad is compatible with Mac/Linux/Android/iOS for basic functionality, advanced customization via software may be limited on non-Windows platforms.
