- Place the lid onto the processing bowl, aligning the locking tabs. Turn the lid clockwise until it clicks securely into place. The appliance will not operate unless the lid is properly locked.

- For blending, remove the processing bowl and attach the blender jug to the motor base, twisting to lock.
- Ensure the blender lid is securely placed on the jug.
