- Burden Value: A 5-level indicator that suggests when the blades need cleaning due to accumulated hair. As the level increases, cleaning is recommended.
4. Grooming Your Pet
Ensure your pet's fur is clean and dry before grooming. Brush out any tangles. Hold the clipper firmly and move it smoothly against the direction of hair growth. Use the guide combs to achieve an even cut. For detailed work around paws, face, or ears, consider using the scissors provided or adjusting the blade to a shorter length without a comb.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Blades
After each use, or when the "Burden Value" indicator suggests, clean the blades. The quick-release design allows for easy removal:
- Hold the clipper with your thumb on the blade and push down to release it.
- Carefully hold the detached blade to prevent dropping.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to remove loose hair from the blades and the clipper head.
- The blades can be rinsed under running water for thorough cleaning. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.

Step 1: Releasing the blade.

Step 2: Handling the detached blade.

Step 3: Adjusting cutter head position.

Step 4: Reattaching the blade.
2. Oiling the Blades
After cleaning and drying, apply a few drops of the provided blade oil to the teeth of the blades. Turn the clipper on for a few seconds to distribute the oil evenly. This ensures smooth operation and prolongs blade life.
3. Storage
Store the clipper in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure it is turned off and the child lock is activated if storing for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
- Clipper not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Check if the child lock is activated (long press power button for 3 seconds to deactivate).
- Poor cutting performance: Clean the blades thoroughly and apply blade oil. Ensure no hair is tangled in the blade mechanism. Check the "Burden Value" indicator.
- Clipper overheating: This can occur with prolonged use or if blades are dull/dirty. Clean and oil the blades. Allow the clipper to cool down before resuming use.
- Unusual noise: Clean and oil the blades. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
