7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your induction cooktop, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cooktop does not turn on. | No power supply; Power button not pressed. | Check if the plug is securely in the outlet. Ensure the power outlet is functioning. Press the 'ON/OFF' button. |
| No heating or 'E0' error displayed. | Non-induction compatible cookware; No cookware on surface; Cookware too small. | Use induction-compatible cookware. Place cookware on the center of the cooking zone. Ensure cookware base covers at least 80% of the cooking zone. |
| Intermittent heating. | Cookware lifted; Voltage fluctuations. | Ensure cookware remains in contact with the surface. The Automatic Voltage Regulator should handle minor fluctuations; if persistent, check household wiring. |
| Unusual noise during operation. | Normal fan operation; Cookware material. | A low humming sound from the cooling fan is normal. Some cookware may produce a slight buzzing sound due to vibration. This is not a defect. |
| Display shows an error code (e.g., 'E1', 'E2'). | Internal malfunction or overheating. | Turn off the cooktop, unplug it, and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes. If the error persists, contact customer support. |
