5. Operating Instructions
The Deepn Solar Street Light operates automatically from dusk to dawn and can be controlled via the included remote.
5.1 Initial Activation and Charging
Before first use, ensure the light is placed in direct sunlight for 6-8 hours to allow the internal battery to fully charge. The light will automatically turn on at dusk and turn off at dawn once activated.
5.2 Remote Control Operation
The remote control allows you to select different lighting modes and adjust brightness.
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Insert two 1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. The remote control distance is up to 20 feet (6 meters).
- ON/OFF: Press the ON button to turn on the solar light (100% brightness). Press the OFF button to turn off the solar light. When turned off, it will automatically turn on at dusk the next day.
- Motion Sensor Mode (Radar Motion Sensor): Press the radar icon button. In this mode, the light will maintain 30% brightness when no motion is detected. When motion is detected, it will switch to 100% brightness. After motion ceases, it will return to 30% brightness.
- Brightness Level: Use the 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% buttons to fix the brightness level. This overrides the motion sensor function if activated.
- Timer Mode: Select 2H, 3H, 5H, 6H, or 8H to set the light to operate at 100% brightness for the specified duration after dusk. After the timer expires, the light will turn off or revert to the previously selected mode (if not in 'Always 100%' mode).
