Operating: How to Play

The objective of Jurassic World T-Rex Panic is to escape the island by reaching the rescue helicopter before the T-Rex or other dinosaurs catch you.

Game Flow

  1. Player Turn: On your turn, roll both dice. One die indicates movement spaces, and the other indicates a special action or dinosaur encounter.
  2. Movement: Move your Ranger character the number of spaces indicated by the movement die. You must follow the path on the game board.
  3. Space Actions: Landing on certain spaces may trigger specific events, such as drawing a Dinosaur card, gaining a Life chip, or hiding in an Outbuilding.
  4. Dinosaur Encounters: If you land on a space with a dinosaur icon or draw a Dinosaur card, follow the instructions on the card. This may involve moving a dinosaur piece or facing a challenge.
  5. T-Rex Panic: When a player passes the T-Rex gate area, or a specific die roll occurs, the T-Rex mechanism may activate. Press the button on the T-Rex unit. The T-Rex may lunge forward, potentially knocking over Ranger characters in its path. Any Ranger knocked over loses a Life chip.
  6. Losing Life Chips: If a Ranger loses all Life chips, that player is out of the game.
  7. Reaching the Helicopter: The first player to reach the 'HELICOPTER' space and successfully avoid the T-Rex wins the game.
